We are really sorry to hear that your stay at M99 has been so unpleasant but the only true thing in your review is that is has been really hot in Naples. And because of the terrible hot of this days it is possible that a coachroach has come out of the shower. I just want to inform whoever read this if they do not know it yet that an event like this is not related to the cleaning of a place and there is nothing you can do to avoid a single case like this, especially if the place is at the first floor of a building it is very easy for them to come up from the pipes in search of freshness. We take a good effort in maintaining the standard of cleaning up to the top and things like this can happen also in a 5 star hotel. Moreover, I am sorry to inform you that we do not use to switch on the AC in the room before the guests arrive because it takes just a couple of minutes to refresh the air in our rooms and having it on is such a waste of energy. I also want to inform you that the Vintage telephone that you saw hanging on the wall in the kitchen is a piece of furniture so it clearly does not work and it is very funny that you thought it was a real phone. As the telephone, there are a lot of other objects at M99 with a particular design that you may not have liked but it is just your opinion. Hundreds of visitors have come before you and have appreciated the design of our rooms remarking that they are exactly like in the pictures, a part from the bedshits that we obviously renew from time to times.
