This is the first time we have booked through VRBO; we did so to access a better rate. This is a conveniently located property. The unit was very clean, we held back one star due to staining on the carpet in the main room. The host Vacasa had great customer service. We had an issue finding the pool access card (btw, you need this for the tennis/pickleball courts as well), it was supposed to be in the kitchen. The customer service line assisted us in finding in based on noted in their system. Lol, it was hidden in a cabinet over the refrigerator. We all thought it was the outdoors, but the more we researched- 2 family members NOT getting bites! Those who slept in the front room, DID get bites! We were quite disappointed. I don't feel it was a VRBO thing, because we have been very satisfied with this company. I do feel it was VACASA and the cleaning crew of Green Links.
