A few minutes from the old town, rich in a particularly high number of cultural and artistic resources: the famous streets of the nativity scene, San Gregorio Armeno, Decumani, Basilica of Santa Chiara, Naples Underground, catacombs, open-air and underground archaeological excavations. About 15 minutes from the boat to the islands of Ischia, Capri, Procida and also Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a doorman and a lift. The total surface area is 60 square meters. arranged on one level: entrance, living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed, balcony overlooking a typical internal courtyard, bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. Equipped with a large and comfortable bedroom with double bed (divisible if necessary), double sofa bed, 40-inch LED TV and balcony overlooking the courtyard that gives it extreme tranquility. I am happy to host you in my newly renovated apartment. The furnishings in a welcoming and functional style, are equipped with all the comforts to make you spend a comfortable and pleasant stay in our beautiful city of Naples. The price includes air conditioning, weekly change of sheets, towels, shower towel and everything needed to prepare hot drinks at will (tea, coffee, cappuccino, etc). Our host, Marco, was wonderful! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his city of Napoli. He gave recommendations of must see places and places to dine. The apartment was immaculate and the air conditioning worked very well (which was important because it was in the 90s during our stay). There is also an elevator. The listing says the apartment is on the first floor, but in Europe the first floor is the second floor in the US. The location is fantastic! We were in the heart of the city. The Metro is not even one block away. The apartment is close to lots of great dining and shopping. And it’s a ten minute walk to the National Archaeological Museum (a must see). Marco was the most gracious host who made our stay In Napoli wonderful! He even reserved a taxi for us on our final day to the airport. Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni nell'appartamento: lo abbiamo trovato carino, pulitissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario, anche per prepararsi qualche semplice piatto. L'accoglienza da parte di Marco è stata cordiale; ci ha dato informazioni e idee utili per la nostra visita. Anche nel giorno della partenza è stato molto disponibile a concordare gli orari con noi. Anche durante la nostra permanenza si è fatto vivo, per sentire se tutto andava bene. Punto di forza principale della casa è la posizione, direttamente sulla Via Toledo, vicinissima a Piazza Dante con il collegamento metro. Perfetto per girare il centro e per i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un cortile di un grande e suggestivo palazzo storico: questo lo rende un po' buio ma in compenso davvero tranquillo, persino in una zona così centrale. Il donne sur l'intérieur d'un ancien palais, au calme de la ville. La chambre est grande et le séjour a tout le confort. L'accueil de Marco à l'arrivée était parfait, très chaleureux et très détaillé quant aux curiosités à visiter et aux recommandations de restaurants typiques. il est resté joignable et disponible pendant tout notre séjour. La station de métro à proximité (Dante) permet de rejoindre la gare centrale très rapidement. La station du funiculaire n'est pas très loin non plus, qui permet d'aller rapidement sur les hauteurs pour visiter le Chateau St Elmo et la Chartreuse de San Martino. La via Toledo est très vivante et pleine de boutiques (mais les fenêtres de l'appartement donnent sur une cour intérieure et les bruits de la rue ne parviennent pas jusque là) ; le centre historique (avec ses rues pittoresques et ses nombreuses églises) est tout près également ; un supermarché et de nombreux petits commerces sont à proximité dans la via Tarsia, si on veut cuisiner ses propres repas. L'appartement est très propre et très pratique. Pour deux personnes, il y a largement de place. Très bons souvenirs de notre séjour à Naples. ##### MARTINE D. L'appartement est très propre et très bien situé à l'entrée du cœur historique: à quelques pas du métro, près des commerces, proche de nombreux restaurants. Il est climatisé, ce qui n'est pas négligeable en plein été ! Il est facile de se rendre depuis l'appartement à d'autres sites intéressants, et ce uniquement en transport en commun : l'île de Capri, le volcan de la Solfatara, Pompéi ... Accueil chaleureux et très riche en conseils de la part de Marco e Andreina ! L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé , à côté du métro, en face d'une pâtisserie dont les sfogliatelle sont à tomber ! Tout était très propre, serviettes, wifi (un petit suppl symbolique) fournis ! La literie est confortable pour six personnes ! Nous reviendrons ! The apartment is well-appointed and very clean. The kitchen facilities were not good. There was 1 glas, 1 cup, 1 kitchen knife, 2 forks, knifes and spoons, an old frying pan and so on.
