Excellent stay
Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is close to subway line and near downtown, which made it a great location. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Very clean room, and the free breakfast has more choice then any other hotels I have been. Particular notice to the hotel staff, very helpful, and courteous. A particular thanks to Antonella at the front desk, for helping us out during multiple occurrences.

Not good
Location was in front of a park and right next to a busy street. Noises everywhere, from the people at the park, from the park cause it’s dinosaurs brought to life park and cars honking because there was traffic and busy. Also, there is a parking garage but space is limited to like 5 cars so you’ll have to reserve which I was not made aware beforehand but luckily there was available. However, the space in the parking garage is very small so be mindful on how you drive down there. Also, it’s 1 way for both entrance and exit. Breakfast was disappointing. We checked out 1 day early.

Worse Hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Worse Best Western I’ve EVER stayed in, it is located on a Main Street so if you are facing said street (I was in 206) be prepared to be awaken by cars, my first night there after traveling all day the desk clearly took 30 minutes to check me in, when I finally got to bed the phone in rang at 3am waking me up when I answered there was no one kn the other end like someone is playing games with me. The shower was so small and badly built I could t even take a regular shower I had to make myself as small as I could just to get wet and avoid banging my knees against the faucet that sits right in the center of the tub on the long side and the glass door on the other side, really uncomfortable. The elevator is so small I dare you to fit 3 people in it with their luggage, the fridge in the room is really a cool box mounted on the wall it only holds 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of soda/cola. I could really go on and on about this place but what good is that going to do? Beat Western won’t do anything about it, I don’t even think they can if they wanted to. I was in 206)

Stay in Naples near Zoo
BW JFK is a good local hotel in the area of the Naples, Italy Zoo. The property is nice, and convenient to a variety of sports complexes. Room are nice and the breakfast is very good. Not many restaurants nearby, so Dinner can be a bit of an adventure. Staff at the hotel is great and were very helpful and friendly.

This place is on the outskirts of Naples.There is one train station close to the hotel but has very few connections. The main station (Campi Felegre) is a good 15 mins walk through residential areas. Quite deserted at night. No joints around the hotel except one Japanese restaurant. we stayed was Very poorly designed rooms. The room door opened on to the bed. No vestibule in the room. The power sockets were below the bedside table. One had to physically move the heavy table to plug in. Once the table was moved the main door wouldn't open. Terrible planning! The bathroom was spacious but very badly finished. One can see the mortar around the floor drain in the shower.There was a power failure one and it look a while to restore.There were no comforters provided in the room. Upon asking for them we were asked to keep the AC temperature in the room to a lower setting! Seriously, is the hotel staff going to decide that! They also seem to be short on staff. The guy who was at the reception for bookings came to give the comforters. They did not provide cups for coffee instead provided thermocol glasses and they did not see anything wrong in the practice. Who does does? In this day and age it is such an un-eco friendly practice for a known Hotel chain. Clearly they don't care about green standards. The staff at the reception was very helpful. That was the only bright side to this. Breakfast was strictly ok. Its not a place for tourist. Its ok for business.

The hotel is not in a desired neighborhood, nothing around to walk to. The rooms are small. Our king size bed was nice but it took up the entire room. The bathroom was small and no place to put toiletries. There was a tiny bar in the lobby, and the couches were uncomfortable and low. However the front desk staff was extremely helpful and nice.Especially when they had to push the elevator door in so we could go up.

JFK *** near Cavalleggeri Aostra or Endolandia
JFK hotel was good for us. Not too far a way from Naples City, just a few stops by underground.We still manage to go to Sorrento,Pompei and even Rome. Watch pick pocketers! looks like it is a serious problem on the trains.We picked the hotel because it was cheaper than any other in the city with very good breakfast included.A lot of pastry choices, red and white wine also available for breakfast :) Celia always done a good job setting up our room, clean and fresh bedding. Francesco and a lady on the morning shift was always helpful at reception. I would recommend the “Pizzeria di Napoli “ two stops by underground away from the hotel, with amazing good pizza and reasoanbly affordable so many locals eat there. Near hotel was also a nice steak house “Macellegrio” and if you end up at station Garibaldi in the centre “Antica Trattoria e Pizzeria da Donto”. After all a great trip , Italians are very friendly and helpful to tourists with out even asking for directions.

Not the place for our holiday !
We booked a known brand hotel hoping to have a good comfortable place to stay for our family of four including two kids. Two things were just not right - the hotel is way too far from the city centre and the airport/ railway station for someone who doesn't know the city. The second point that hit harder - as we were settling in the room after a long haul journey all tired, we discovered that the room AC was not functioning. When we spoke to the hotel staff, we were told that it's out of order and will be fixed by tomorrow. The sheer insensitivity of not informing us of this fact while checking in was not acceptable and unexpected. The simple casual response was that it's a technical issue - can't help - no other neighbourhood hotels or rooms available. After some heated debate, the staff on duty offered us some chilled drinks to settle down. We slept quite baked in the heat at 34 deg celsius,'as opening the windows was not an option given the mosquitoes situation. The next day afternoon the AC was fixed which made the stay nicer. The room was well equipped with a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and a sauna cubicle. The bedsheets were clean and hygienic. The breakfast was just fine, nothing to write about. Overall - will not recommend for location, bad wifi connection and insensitively to comfort.

Nice hotel, not the most central location.
Stayed here 1 night prior to heading to the airport. The staff was great and got us a taxi at 4:30am but the hotel is still 20min away from the airport. Clean, comfortable just not a great location as a tourist. There is a great all you can eat Sushi place about a 1 min walk. And a gelataria over the iron bridge. But otherwise most tourist attractions are a ways away. There is a train close by. Overall a perfect place the. Ought before the airport but I'd want to be closer to the action as a visitor.

If you want one of the luxury rooms it's best to pay the extra. but overall it was comfortable for us. The only thing was, we booked and paid for secure parking but when we got there was told to leave our Mercedes in the street and give the keys to the receptionist so they could move it nearer the hotel if needs be..But after many words with the receptionist my son finally was allowed to park in the secure place we had asked for.

JFK - excellent stay!!! great staff!!!
This is my 3rd time at this hotel over last 5 years. The renovations are a nice upgrade. I will stay here again when in Napoli. Staff are superb!!!!

Too far from Naples, but close to zoo.
With my GPS not working, I had a difficult time finding hotel. From the main train station, I had to find a walkway that led to an overpass of the Zoo/Edenlandia train station to get to hotel. If you have a car and GPS, shouldn't be a problem. Area is quite run down, but safe. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Room was larger than most that I had in Italy. Bathtub was small and treacherous. Very good breakfast buffet. Good a/c. Train from Napoli Centrale was very slow. Hotel was a bit run down, but it worked for my budget.

Short Naples Getaway
Overall I enjoyed my stay in Naples for two days. Upon check-in the front desk attendant was very friendly she spoke both English and Italian. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable but the room itself felt cramped. However this was by mistake because I accidentally booked a room for one instead of two. There were a few things that could have been nicer for example there were rips in the sheets and marks on the walls in our room. The bathroom was great because the space to shower was very large and had the waterfall shower head that I really love however there were ants in the shower. The blowdryer in the bathroom also did not work but the hotel quickly provided us with a functioning blowdryer. The private parking garage made us feel secure parking the scooter. There was always someone available at the front counter no matter how late we returned to the hotel. Despite these small things, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone on a budget who would like to stay in Naples for a few days. There are nicer hotels out there but I liked my stay in this one and would most likely stay again. :)

We had two rooms in the hotel. One room being on the 5th floor, the other on the first floor. When we arrived in our first floor room it looked completely different to the pictures, datd in the 1980s. The AC didn't work, neither the window shutters and the bathroom door and fridge doors would not close. After complaining we were moved to an upgraded room, one with a sauna in the bedroom. That room was as per the pictures, that room was good and clearly newly renovated, albeit some of the workmanship was shoddy. I would question who needs a sauna in their room when it is 35oC outside? It turns out that the hotel is being renovated, ensure you are not put in to a room which hasn't been renovated (such as the ones on the first floor). Staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel was an OK condition close to public transport to get into Naples city centre. The staff are very friendly always ready to help out but there is a communication barrier. The rooms condition is ok could have been cleaner.

Hotel is great with good services but a bit far away in case you will also want to visit Amalfi cost (~2h to get to Sorrento +1h to visit Positano or Amalfi). Clean room, towels were changed daily, mini fridge drinks for free, breakfast is good, Edenlandia metro station (Cumana line) next to the hotel (Naples reachable in about 15 mins), Cavalleggeri Aosta train station at about 5 mins away (this line will get you to Garabaldi - main railway station in Naples with conexions for Pompei/Sorrento)

A surprisingly nice stay in Napoli
JFK Hotel was an amazing stay for us! It's about 20 minutes from the city center via Cumana (a train..) and the Cumana stop is right outside the hotel door. The room was very comfortable but be sure to request a high floor because there is a little bit of street noise. They offered us free underground parking and even gave us a free expresso when we wanted to have some coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel seems to have been renovated recently. Overall, incredible value for money and a friendly staff make this a place worth staying at again for us!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast indeed. Location is also good, easy connection to the city centre and less than one kilometer to Sao Paolo stadium. Nice place, would come back for sure.
