In general, a good hotel, what bothered me was that it doesn't matter if you put the NO Disturb, they still entered your room, on 3 occasions they entered my room while I was in the bathroom despite the sign posted on the door. They do not respect privacy!!

This hotel has an exceptional location, unfortunately it is not well maintained, every thing is very old and not taken care of, the staff are not hospitable, rooms are very noisy because of the bathroom drainage and the proximity to the main street. I won't go there again or recommend it to any one.

The staff were very nice and the location was convenient but that is where the positive aspects of the room end. In my room, the WiFi did not work and it was in such a location that even my cell service did not work. When I brought up the former to the staff they suggested they would restart the router to which I said that was not the going to make a differences and it did not. The room was smaller than my living room at home and it is the first time in 30 years I have slept in a twin bed in real life or at a hotel. The area was dirty and loud but I fear this might just be Naples. I am unclear what makes this hotel a 4* hotel and the cost was extraordinarily high for what I got.

It’s conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the train station. AC wasn’t working in our room but luckily it was cold at night so that cooled it down some. Had a street room so it was super noisy all night.

I had a booking for a twin bedroom. I was given a one-bed room with a king bed. Due to that, I had to book an additional room to accommodate me and my friend. The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude.

Good basic 4 star in central Naples
In an excellent location right in the centre of town within east walking distance of a lot of the main spots of Naples. Hotel is generally OK at everything, clean, good air-Con, everything works. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food

The location in good, close to everything, beautiful and safe area, a lot of restaurants close by, by subway stop, the hotel has a very beautiful terrace on the top with a view to the bay and to the dome of the church near by, the breakfast was so good and delicious. The staff were good. Clean .

This was a stopover on the way to Sorrento stayed at this hotel due to proximity to the ferry service. Property was clean and we would have been happy to stay longer.

Old and noisy ..
Location of the hotel is good. They gave us a late check out till 12noon. However the rooms are old. Everything including the fridge and the toilet flush make noises. Air conditioning is not so effective. The hotel is right on the road so it's really noisy. Not at all recommend if you are a light sleeper and want a good nights sleep. Staff at the reception are not courteous and seems disinterested in their jobs.

Hotel Naples is fantastically located downtown Naples. It is a very nice place, worth every euro spent on it. Most of the Naples major attractions are within walking distance from it. If you would like to visit Coserta or Pompei, the main train station is within a 10-15-minute walk The room was not different from any you would expect in an upscale hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

Naples leaves wanting.
No tissues in room & bathroom accessories very poor. Breakfast did not use fresh ingredients & variety very poor. No dinning facility unless there was a group booked in dinning room.

Nothing in Naples
The hotel economy room was very very small, dark and had no facilities like tea or coffee, no tissues or dedicated shampoo. The breakfast was very limited and quality of food was poor. We had dinner there as it was raining the night we arrived and had absolutely no choice in food. Staff were abrupt. Location was the Main Street, close to marina if that is what you are looking for.

Although hotel claims to have air conditioning on website, it was turned off for “winter.” We were there end of April with weather in the 80s Fahrenheit. We had to open the window and were still sweating at night.

This is a wonderful four star hotel located very near the harbor and many attractions. They were especially helpful, allowed me to check in early and the hotel is lovely and comfortable.

Clean, modern, inexpensive.
Good location. Clean modern room. Small for a couple if staying for a while but perfect for us for one night and there is a 24 hour front desk to help you get a taxi to the airport (15-20 min drive). Very reasonably priced.

The staff was friendly and helpful although I got conflicting advice on catching a cab to the airport at 4 a.m. on the morning I checked out. It still worked out well, however. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hotel is on on a very busy major street, although not too much of the noise comes into the room during the night or early morning.

Star rating needs a down grade
The hotel has seen better days and should not be rated 4 star. The walls were dirty with paint chipped off. The bathroom was large but the shower was smaller than those on a cruise ship. The lobby furniture was dirty but the stairs were impressive. The staff were helpful.

The hotel has a very good location.It is close by to all tourist attractions, the port and the central train station where you can get the bus to the airport. You can easily walk to the historic city/port/central station & areas that locals go such as Via Toledo / Piazza Trieste E Trento / Piazza Del Plebiscito / Santa Lucia marina etc The only negative about it is that walls were very dirty, full of marks and the wallpaper has come off in some areas of the walls. It looks terrible. Definitely not for a 4 star hotel.

Good location
Small rooms but adequate for what is required. No tea or coffee making facilities in room, which are expected as a given in a four star hotel. The beds are very very hard, which makes for uncomfortable sleeps, unless that’s what you like. The breakfast is adequate for being included in the price, buffet style so you can eat enough. The showers are tiny which was fine for me but I can imagine a person of any size would struggle to even fit in it. A good location and close to the metro, which is one stop from the main train station to get to places like Sorrento, Pompeii etc... Overall a decent place to stay
