Under new ownership, this beach house is less than a five minute walk to the beach access to Crystal Beach. This is very close to the JW Marriott, and is an uncrowded part of the beach. It is so close that you can walk home for lunch! The house has been renovated with a granite kitchen and bathrooms. The house has 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and twins. There are three tv's and three dvd players. The lanai is quite large and the pool has salt water filtration. Best of all, it is southwest facing so you will get sun late morning and all afternoon! There is a gas grill for your cooking pleasure. There are empty lots on each side of the property which will give you less noise and added privacy. Ring Door Bell .. There is a washer and dryer. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc are available for your use. Return from a day at the beach and enjoy the outside shower! Cable and internet provided... This is an amazing three bedroom house that was beautiful inside and out. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the 5 minute walk to the beach. This truly is an amazing location. The home is tastefully decorated with all the comforts you need. Included are all the basics, towels, sheets and even baby accommodations for those that may need it. The kitchen is well stocked with pot, pans (if you want to cook) and plates, etc. no need to pack from home, its all here. Included are bikes, floats and toys for your enjoyment at the beach or at the very nice enclosed pool area with its covered porch. Nice living room area with a large couch and TV for everyone to fit and just hang out. Best of all its pet friendly, so our precious Ginger could come with us. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area to choose from either casual or high end dinning, can't go wrong. The house was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat- less than .4 miles to the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in pool area and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and the JW Marriott. I would highly recommend this property. ##### Elissa C. It was our first trip to Marco Island and Denise and Paul greeted us upon our arrival and gave us the lay of the land and some restaurant tips. We had a great week, walking over to the beach, relaxing by the pool, barbecuing a bit and dining at some great restaurants. The house is meticulously maintained inside and out. We wanted to spend 5 days in Marco Island and decided to reserve this place based on the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. We're a family of 5 and the house had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, and looks like they'd been recently updated. Bedrooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Great pool, loved eating on the lanais. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach, which had spectacular sand and seashells. We'll definitely be back! ##### Paul H. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were greeted by our friendly hosts who gave us a tour of the property. We were informed that there was a pack n play and high chair available for us to use for our toddler and that was very nice. We were very familiar with the area and knew this place was the perfect location. The beach access is right across the street which was very convenient. We loved walking over for sunsets. It was also close to many restaurants. We loved the pool and shaded outdoor seating area for both us and our toddler. Overall, it was a great stay! We were able to spend time with family that was local and had a great and memorable vacation! ##### Brent D. Owner was extremely responsive to questions and when communicated that ceiling fan did not work the owner had it repaired quickly. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Lanai and pool were fantastic, plenty of chairs around pool. Beach access and supplies (wagon, toys, cart, umbrella, boogie board, chairs, and more were great.
