A piedi solo due minuti dal Lungomare Caracciolo e dall' imbarco per le isole e per le Costiere Sorrentine e Amalfitane.  
A pochissimi metri ci sono alimentari, farmacie e parcheggi. L'appartamento al 2 piano senza ascensore ,dispone di n.2 letti matrimoniali di cui uno soppalcato e di vano letto matrimoniale.

L'appartamento, molto soleggiato, è al secondo piano senza ascensore in un contesto silenziosissimo nonostante la centralità del posto.
