We have stayed at a few hotels on Marine Parade over the years & this is now our favourite. The view from the deck was fantastic! The decor was a little tired, but the room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. The cooking facilities were good & the staff were so friendly & helpful! We will definitely be back!
the property is tired almost everything is falling apart, paint peeling, tiles are cracking, marks and holes in the walls, and broken blind strings.
it's very basic accommodation, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something more.

Convenient.
But room 21 had no shower curtain/door made for a slippery floor even with bath mat down.
This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a very long time! Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels replaced..
Downstairs tiles could be a little slippery after some rain.
On-site laundry, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, just requires $2 coins.
Outside large carpark, not covered.
The room was spacious and had everything required for a reasonable price.
Unfortunately our room really smelt of curry, it was hot which added to the smell and hadn’t been cleaned as well as one would hope.
Neat to have a big spa bath, 2 tv and I loved that there was proper milk that was a massive plus for me. I’d stay again as bed was soft and room separate to lounge area.
Lovely balcony view to the sea. Near to the CBD with eating and shopping options. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Shoreline Motel.
There is guest laundry facility but it charges $4 for 60min use of washing machine and you'll need to buy your own laundry powder. Be sure to use 30min cycle otherwise it'll turn off and you'll have soggy clothes. Dryer is another $4 for 60min use. Make sure you have plenty of $2 coins!
We had a one bedroom suite with two single beds. Bedroom was small and hot in summer but it was ok for an overnight stay for my teenagers.
The bathroom is showing its age. Good for the price we payed for the night.
Great location, right by the sea and walking distance to town. The motel however is old and overpriced. I stay here when I need to but not my first choice.

In poor condition. Peeling wallpaper in bedroom. Cracked tiles in shower. Everything old. Air conditioning only in main room, not in bedroom. Loud - can hear everyone passing by and going up and down the stairs. Location decent - across from Marine Parade and the ocean (this was the best part). Fairly easy walk to the center downtown area with shops and restaurants.
We stayed here over NY so it was understandably busy and noisy, but overall a great stay. The balcony was a major plus on warm summer evenings. The spa was a nice bonus too. We’d recommend Shoreline with no hesitation.
Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Great to have the kids in a seperate room. Only negative is the carpets could do with replacing as they were quite stained. However I would definitely stay here again.
