Horrible experience! Do not stay here, seriously! Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. The husband and wife owners were both SO rude from check in to check out. The husband bugged us at 7:30am during continental breakfast to check out, again by phone at 9:45am even though check out was at 11. Shouted “go, go, go”. Then when checking out and trying to give feedback, they didn’t want to hear it, said “you don’t like it, don’t come back” and closed the door . We are friendly, polite, clean, quiet people, and this treatment was unwarranted and unbelievable! Rudest hotel experience ever!!!!

The hotel was a little out of the way, but this old school motor lodge is charming and quiet. We liked it so much we will be back.

Decided not to stay based on reviews that said staff were rude, dirty conditions. It was non refundable however, I would rather lose out on the money than stay there. This hotel is on the top 10 worst hotels in Napa.

I NEVER do reviews!! Breakfast was non-existent. Towels are horrible! Bring your own. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper as well! Front desk not very friendly.

Not far away from Napa downtown. The room was clean and it has everything that you need for your overnight stay. The heater is working fine.

Don’t stay here!
From the moment you check in the manager is very rude, asks you a million questions and asks you what time you are checking out the next day, I told him I will check out at 11 since that’s the check out time but that still didn’t stop him from banging on our door at 10am to leave or pay for another day! On top of that there’s no hot water and the room was freezing because the heater doesn’t work. Take your business elsewhere because it seems like they don’t even want you there in the first place.

Freezing cold
The room had no heating and no extra blankets. It got very cold at night. Unless you want to sleep in your ski gear, we don’t recommend this hotel during the winter.

I was Napa for one night no major issues but bed was very hard did not sleep well tv did not work at had to use my phone for entertainment one pro not the best neighborhood but it was quiet. Need updating in my opinion

The shower took 20 minutes to heat up and did not drain well. There was a gap in the shower tile and you could see the moldy wall on the other side. The linens were very thin and not adequate for the time of year. The owner asked at check in when we would be checking out, I confirmed that check out was at 11am and thats when we would be leaving. This did not stop him from banging on the door at 10:15am asking us to leave soon. I was irrate. Your customers paid for the time, leave them alone.

Check in was easy, the front desk person was pleasant. Parking spaces are available in front of your door for each room. There are no frills here, the room is modest but it is fairly clean and close to downtown Napa.

This is your average motel with a fairly hefty price tag. The rooms didn’t really look as pictured and smelled of mildew. The bed was subpar and management definitely could invest in new pillows. We had options of oatmeal, bread, or a cheap danish for breakfast. The room was fairly clean though and the inn is located near a few wineries.

The hotel was out dated and old. The surface of the refrigerator in the room was peeling away. The shower fixtures were rusty. The bed was uncomfortable. The window air conditioner was LOUD and dirty. The sheets smelled like a can of air freshener. We were so uncomfortable in the room we left at 1 am on Saturday, after arriving to the hotel less than an hour before at approximately 11:45 pm on Friday.

My stay was pleasant. One thing I really did like, that was unexpected, was that my room had a covered car space next to entry door. Very convenient. Not for a big car but perfect for smaller - mid size. My only real negative thing was that you can really hear the traffic on the road.

This property was perfect for what I needed--a reasonably priced (for Napa), conveniently located, quiet and clean place to rest my head between festivities for a friend's wedding. I liked that it is a mile (4 minute drive) from downtown Napa with its restaurants and activities. Also nice to be on the Silverado Trail which is far less congested than #29. There are zero amenities--not even a coffee maker in the room. This is not a place to linger, but absolutely functional and just fine for what I needed.

The staff was extremely rude. The room was dirty and smelled like urine. My husband asked for extra pillows, due to a bad back, and the lady in the front yelled “no pillows”! The sheets and pillowcases were smelly. I will never stay there again and do not recommend anyone stay there. I actually have a sore on my face from the dirty pillowcases.

Terrible experience
This place is super old and if you are a tall person any height above 5’5’’ let me tell you, you won’t fit in the bathroom or shower at all. Also staff is terrible, check out says at 11 and they come knocking on your door between 9:30-10am telling you to go check out. It smells wet and old, I will never stay here again.
