Love the beautiful garden with pond, fountain ducks and turtles. So peaceful to sit and enjoy your wine or conversation. Here they plan to get rid of these gorgeous grounds though!

Our room smelled musty. The carpet felt damp, and there was condensation on the windows, indicating humidity. There was also construction going on at the property which took away from the ambiance and experience. I think we’ll look at other lodging options next time we’re in the Napa valley.

Love the happy hour, pool and hot tub. The staff was very nice and definitely went out of their way to assist. Only thing missing was places in walking distance. Will be coming back!

Nice hotel. What we loved about this hotel is a very helpful staff members, efficient service, and attentive assistance. Pros: large room, nice inner courtyard, clean bathroom Cons: a bit outdated, old furniture (sofa), room on the first floor seems a bit loud because of the noise from the stone floor and wheeled luggage passing by. If you travel with a pet, $50, parking $23

We had a great experience in this hotel! Our room was upgraded no charge. The breakfast was great! They had omelette pancakes bacon etc. our room was clean and spacious! We will definitely come back!

Overall a good hotel with a very friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again. Also one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The overall feel of the hotel was very dark and could use some better lighting and lighter colors but they are also remodeling so it might be better in the near future.

Very nice staff- kept checking in to make sure everything ok and what they could do to help make our stay enjoyable. Received a complimentary bottle of wine. Able to get food delivered to room despite a pretty bad wind storm/rain. Enjoyed our stay!!

If You Value Family Safety, DONT STAY HERE.
While staying at this hotel, I found out they knowingly permit pr*stitution in their “family friendly” hotels. Not only that, but also that they continue to allow and facilitate the purchase of alcohol from their bars to the point of severe intoxication, and allow these guests to verbally berate, physically attack and break into other guest rooms with little to no recourse. While their breakfast is consistent, I value my safety, my husbands safety, and the safety of my 2 children more. Not only was my family assaulted in the “safety” of the atrium and followed to our room by a the female guest who was out of their mind, we were not followed up with by staff, we had to call the police ourselves to have her arrested and removed, we were told that they were “sorry for the frustration” and merely comped the single night of the attack, when we stayed on site for 4 days. We were told by the Manager Quentin that the assailant guest and her male partner were no longer at the hotel, and wouldn’t be able to get in. We were also lied to as the male guest was back, provided his keys and welcomed back the very next morning. We asked that a guard be posted inside our building that night, and were told a guard would be in and out of the building, only seeing an elderly out of shape man with a badge seldom in our building. Our safety, sanity, and well being was very clearly, no concern. Shame on Hilton. Shame on Embassy Suites. Shame on management (Quentin). Shame on ownership.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet due to being so close to Christmas but that made it nice. Our room was quite a hike from the main lobby and overlooked the roof but other than that we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and happy hour! The lobby is beautiful - love the fireplace, and the courtyard pond is so quaint (especially the swan and ducks swimming around)!!

The property is a bit dated, and you notice some age-related issues, plumbing, etc. The mattresses were not very comfortable. However, the location is great and the breakfast/happy hour is really nice to have. The rooms are pretty large, and there are some nice amenities on the property. Overall I still do like this hotel in the area and will probably stay again.

The staff was amazing property is well taken care of the rooms and Tv are a little out dated but over alll it my 1one Stay breakfast and Happy Hour was also amazing

So outdated, we changed hotels within a hour. They we're very nice about letting us leave at nocharge to us. Pop corn ceilings and smelled bad.

Not to a 4 star hotel standard
Room is outdated and needs renovation. Day time room temperature was 64F, but no heating. AC was set at natural, that means no cooling or heating. Really very cold. Asked for a heater, but never came. Our room is right next to a busy road, very noisy, too.
