"Spent a week at this nice condo in mid-January. Cozy and warm, right on the beach. The Cape in mid-winter is very quiet but that is what we had wanted. Our 15 year old Shih-Tzu was comfortable and happy. Nice relaxing week on this terrific property."

"We were not able to get into the two bedroom we had rented as a previous renter had destroyed it and repairs needed to be made. Instead they gave us a one bedroom for 3 people so my 89 year old father had to sleep on a sofa bed and enter our bedroom to use the bathroom. They gave us a different room the second night, but 2nd bedroom was not private and open to the kitchen and living room.
