This is clearly stated on our website! It can be used to reach the hotel after a flight or to reach the airport when departing by plane.Under no circumstances do we make the journey to allow you to reach a car rental agency because that is not the principle of this service.In addition, we are located 300m walk from the airport and so at the same distance from the car rental agencies, you only need 5 minutes walk to get there.We usually don’t have a problem with the welcome given by our staff and we are sincerely sorry that you felt this way.We are sincerely sorry for the reply that was given to you.
