The welcome upon arrival was pleasant and organized. The size of the room was very generous. The breakfast was ample. Cleanliness was great. The bed, pillows and sheets were top notch, led to a most comfortable sleep. Most impressed and will return.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, surrounding areas was kinda run-down and homeless/ addicts. However, the property was well maintained. I enjoyed the oceanside and closeness of mall and restaurants. It was cozy relaxing and very easy-going and to get around. I would come back and stay there again

It’s was from the first walk into the hotel. The front desk staff person was quite rude it was about 8 pm We were the only persons in the lobby waiting at the desk. She acknowledged us then said I’ll just be a moment 6 minutes later she asked my last name.

When I got to the room, a bed was not made, the toilet was not flushed and the room had not been cleaned. I was given another room. It was freezing and the thermostat was completely blank and did not work. The traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. When stated about the filthy first room and the cold conditions in the second room there was no offer of any refund or compensation, just that the manager would be notified. Not sure how that helps guests that are inconvenienced. Super disappointed.

My check-in experience was horrid. I arrived at 11pm the front desk clerk was refusing to let me into the building. When she finally let me in she was very rude. However, other staff I encountered were very lovely and welcoming.

Close to family home. Quiet with lovely helpful staff. Eggs at breakfast could do with upgrade. Also gf bread would be helpful. Otherwise good.

Perfect hotel for families. This is a basic hotel, with large clean rooms. They offer a fantastic complimentary breakfast. Great overall value.
