When I got to the room, a bed was not made, the toilet was not flushed and the room had not been cleaned. I was given another room. It was freezing and the thermostat was completely blank and did not work. The traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. When stated about the filthy first room and the cold conditions in the second room there was no offer of any refund or compensation, just that the manager would be notified. Not sure how that helps guests that are inconvenienced. Super disappointed.
