Coz I booked two consecutive nites, they gave us access to the exclusive public bath, less ppl and with more privacy. The room was so clean and the staff were excellent. I was impressed by a staff Jaing, she was so helpful and always so enthusiastic and ready to help all the time when I saw her at the reception - check in and check out and when she was working at the executive lounge. The cleaning team was doing an excellent job. All of these made my stay so wonderful.
