My first room was deplorable! The sheets were disgusting. But the staff is very nice, very professional and they promptly moved me to another room which was clean but VERY run down.

I stayed here for one night after my Intrepid tour. Pros: - bed comfortable, big room, hot shower Cons: - tv lost its signal often - I found that the food was average at restaurant for dinner (pizza had no flavor) - wi-fi sometimes worked well, but not reliable - I asked at reception for hairdrier, there was none - I asked for toilet paper since there was hardly any left in the room. They said they would send someone up but the person never showed up - I booked a transfer to the airport for the following morning. The transfer was on time; however, for the price I paid (25$ USD), I would have expected a better service. The driver had its music running loudly in the car, window rolled down even though it was cold, and made a stop at a gas station on the way to the airport. He should have thought to refuel before taking me. In conclusion, this hotel was ok for one night but I don't think I would stay there again.

TV and WiFi signals vary at times this being an issue from our service providers. Maybe our hairdryers were in use, we don't keep many but we have made an effort to add some for the comfort of our guests. About, the toilet paper lapse, we are sorry, the transfer to the airport; you could have informed the driver that you were not comfortable, he could have adjusted to your requests, though we don't have control over to this, they operate independently. Thank you for your review as it help us to serve you better.

The property was in a noisy location. You could hear roosters outside. However the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was very convenient.

This was a nice, clean, safe hotel. The food in the restaurant was inexpensive and very good! As was the beer. They don’t accept American $1 bills though, no bank in Kenya will accept them so the staff can’t. $5 and up only. Rooms are big! Shower was good, no hair dryers though, not even at the front counter.

I stay here occasionally when in Nairobi. A fair price, comfortable but not fancy - standard mid-range Kenya hotel. Mostly a quiet area, 20 minute walk to central business district or university. Note that it's best to take a taxi if coming back after dark from town, since you'll have to pass by a park that can get sketchy at night time. (The hotel is not near the park.)

I am so incredibly thankful for Kenya Comfort suites. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Due to the unfortunate unsafety and lack of compassion at the Aden Bay City hotel, our driver took us to the amazing Kenya Comfort. At midnight, they were so welcoming. The staff took care of us in every compacity. Breakfast was amazing. With a variety of local cuisine. I highly recommend Kenya Comfort Hotel and suites.

Overpriced.
The hotel was part of the Intrepid Travel safari package and one night was included in the package. As we arrived in Nairobi one day earlier, we decided to stay the additional night there. Not a good decision. Good things about the hotel: -Friendly reception staff; -On our request, the hotel arranged a pick up from the international airport for reasonable U$20; -Good water pressure and hot water in the shower; - rooms are large; -20-30 mins walk to the Nairobi city centre. Negative things: -Loud music until 22:00 from the nearby or downstairs bar; -very small bathroom with a not safety secured window facing the public corridor. I wouldn’t give the bathroom even 2 stars; -Old, worn out furniture, bedsheets, pillows, towels.... -A kitchenette- old pots and cutlery, though plates and cups are decent. -a view from the window - to a very poor people’s housing behind the 5m height hotel’s fence/wall.

On the negative part, noise is partly an extended matter whose control is well beyond us, but we are on to close consultations with the relevant authorities to curb the same. Decent hotel
I stayed here for two-nights ahead of departing on an overland trip around East Africa. The staff were friendly and afforded a warm welcome, whilst the check-in process was efficient. My bedroom was clean, although the bathroom hadn’t been kept in the same condition. Overall, this is a safe hotel to use as a base whilst staying in Nairobi and will often ‘do a job.’

The room was nice and big but there were quite a few issues. The bathroom was incredibly small and there was no way to keep the water in the shower. It spilled out into the bathroom floor. The sink faucets did not work properly. The noise from the shanty town below our room was significant. It kept us awake until the wee hours of the morning. The breakfasts were nice. The staff were friendly and aimed to please. The WiFi worked most of the time. The bed was comfortable.

Overpriced hotel with poor bathroom, no shower mat, no shampoo or conditioner, and nowhere to hang towels. Bed was comfy and living area roomy. Swimming pool warm and clean. Breakfast “buffet” was sparse with only two fresh fruits. Location is away from city center and not convenient to stores. You could do better.

We have a towel policy which is in our room information guide inline with our environment policy. If you want to re-use it,you can hang it and there is a place for hanging and if you don't want to re-use you can leave it on the floor to be changed. We provide buffet breakfast with variety of items and most of our guests have given positive reviews. We believe that our location is our hall mark,not far from central Business District and yet a walking distance with a serine atmosphere. We thank you for your other compliments.

Good hotel, for Nairobi standards
Clean and spacious room with clean bathroom and full kitchen with fridge. Breakfast included was good and it changed every day. Restaurant downstairs had a good selection of food and beverages. Front desk and other hotel staff are very friendly. Overall a good stay.
