Amazing service, fantastic food but strict

The staff was incredibly kind and sweet. The hotel is very clean and modern and have the breakfast!! Everything was beyond delicious! The room was small, the wifi needed to be reset but wasn't a problem, as soon as I alerted the staff they came right up and fixed it. They offer a free tablet in the with lots of info and entertainment as well as the TV. They'll store your bag etc. carpets need to be replaced but I'm sure that will happen soon.

Great location and clean

nice hotel very close to the main street

the rooms are kind of small but new and cozy there is no parking facillity, but except that every thing was quiet good for me, including location, room, staffs.nice hotel very close to the main street

Friendly staff make for a pleasant stay

Pros: Location
Cons: WiFi in the rooms.
Location: Plenty of stuff to amuse the tourist on Kokusai Dori nearby. Handy for rail to Shuri.
Stayed for 5 nights in Feb 2016. Hotel is steps away from Kokusai Dori and close to Miebashi on the Yui Raili but we weren't troubled by any noise. There is a construction site opposite which is just getting started, but again, no noise problems. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are normal Japanese-sized, which for westerners means small, but everything functioned well and was clean. Breakfast buffet was very good and since they have no in-room WiFi you can grab a free juice/coffee and sit in the restaurant to use the WiFi there.

Good location but NO Wifi in the room

No wifi in the room makes it very inconvenient for international travellers...location of the hotel is good however hotel designated parking space is very limited, the parking lot near hotel was full so we had to park our car quite far from the hotel. Also hotel staff speaks limited.Englis, so it is hard to communicate...

Right on kokusai dori like the name implies. Rooms are small if you're a full sized person.

Don't choose this terrible hotel

Very dirty hotel. No English speaking. very small room, even no space to do anything. You have to sit down on the bed when you use your laptop. Only 4 chanels on TV, remote control not working. The staff came to fix, but he failed. The room phone only for local. The smell was terrible in the room. I made two local calls only, 1 minute for each. Thay ask me to paid 120 yuen when I chaeked out. The front desk told me 10/min when I check in. I asked them print out the phone call detail, they couldn't. Finally, I paid 20 yuen for the calls. Unbelievanle, they weren't honest. One more thing, this hotel check time is 10am, if you check out late, even one hour, they will charge you 1000yuen/hour. So don't go to this hotel anytime. It's worst. Maybe that's why they don't put any pictures on the web.
