古い建物なので多少はしょうがないと思いますが漏水箇所の未復旧など散見しました また客室はカビ臭が酷くなかなか寝ることが出来なかったです 温泉は良いのですが椅子や桶が清潔とは言い難かったですね！ せっかく良い温泉があるので清掃の徹底と見える箇所の不具合復旧などを行えばまた利用したくなりますね！

システムが悪いの？ホテルが悪いの？
このシステムを使い二回目の旅行でしたが名前を間違えて請求書を渡されました。 自分がシステムへの入力ミスかと思い言いませんでしたが、先程確認したら入力は間違いなかったです。 人の名前を間違うのは一番失礼ですよ。 出張の場合ならば精算に使えないこともあります。

OYO傘下に入ったばかりで準備が整っていないとの話しだったが、あれはそういうレベルではない。今まで使われていなかった場所を外国人用にネットに出したのだろうが、もう少ししっかり修理してから出すべきだと思う。トイレの洗面台は水から異物が出るわ排水は足元に流れて来るわで不潔だし、風呂もきちんとシャワーが使えるのは4つあるうちのひとつだけ。部屋の調度に至っては、テレビの周りは埃だらけだし、コンセントは緩くてスマホの充電がなかなか進まなかった。鏡台の引き出しを開けたら、なんと歯の欠けた古い木の櫛が！古来より歯の欠けた櫛は不吉の意味を持つ。なぜそんなものが入っていたのか甚だ疑問だし、第一不気味で気持ち悪い。施設が古いのは致し方無い。古いなりの味わいがあるのは寧ろ良い。しかし、壊れていたり、清潔感に欠けるのは話しが違う。 　崩壊直後のソ連を旅した事があるが、今回の宿は当時のソ連の宿とほぼ同程度。要は、外国においてもかなり、ということだ。 　伝統的日本家屋の趣ある佇まいが残る貴重な建物であるだけに、残念でならない。
