There is no aircon even in March and the temperate outside is 20 degree. It was not marked in the hotel detail. Spend quite a lot of time to communicate with staff just to get a fan

The property is Gorgeous! The staff ia A in service! I just spent a week there and cant say enough how i was treated! The staff has some of the best customer service ive ever experienced!. The restaurants were very good and the room attendants were amazing. I cant wait to go back, i will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. I have nothing negative to say. It's a beautiful hotel. There's a bus stop right in front of the property. The staff were very helpful even though it seemed usually hectic.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they spoke good English. The hotel has a club with gym, pool and sauna/spa facilities, it costs around 5000 yen for a day pass (I got 2000 off for my first time, so I paid 3000) and it’s really worth it; while the gym does not have many machines for weight training, it’s clean and well kept. The pool is big and well taken care off with separate swimming lanes. Finally, there’s a sauna, a hot and cold jacuzzi, and a shared bathroom with showers, razors and an assortment of grooming utensils (note that people are naked here if that makes you uncomfortable). This was a really relaxing experience and sets you up for sleeping quite nicely! I’d recommend going later in the day, they close at 9pm.

My family and I stayed for two nights while in Nagoya. I’ve known this hotel for many years, but this is the first stay. The rooms were nice, clean and had recently been remodeled. The location is a short walk to everything in Sakae and about 20 mins to Osukanon. Plenty of shopping and restaurants available. We would definitely stay again.

호텔은 크고 좋은위치에 편리했지만 사우나,주차비 별도로 추가비용이 들고 코인세탁실이 없어 불편했어요.그래도 룸세탁서비스는 있었어요.

This was a nice hotel. It is a bit outdated, but the staff are the most attentive I have experienced in Japan. There are amenities, but you need to pay extra to access them unlike other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Overall, nice experience.
