My room was on ground level so there was a small private yard with sandals to go out and get a better view of the lake. The onsen was very relaxing and hot. You served me a 7 course traditional Japanese dinner/breakfast with a view overlooking the lake and surrounding hillsides. I enjoyed the morning walk around the lake and slept like a baby on your comfortable Futons and natural setting style room. Your onsen was very relaxing and clean and enjoyed the massage chair after the soothing hot springs. Quite old features there.
