Obviously, this is a premium hotel chain and it shows. The staff were friendly and polite, the property is beautiful, the room was amazingly comfortable and the location can't be beat. The only issue was that sometimes the spa staff was a little pushy trying to get you to buy a massage, but I can understand because Sharm has seen a big drop in tourism recently and people need to make money. But overall, I loved it. And the breakfast buffet was unbelieveable.
The hotel is good, although rooms and facilities are a bit old, but the staff makes up for it. The hotel have the best staff I delt with during my travels, from Mahmood at the reception to Hassan at the lobby coffee shop, to the AMAZING concierge service by Alaa and Sameh who really made out stay exceptional and went above and beyond their job role to help us.
My son and I spent three days at this great hotel. we loved it. the sad part is we were the only quests because the fear most people have about travelling to Sharm. we did not share those views and that is why we went.
