Situated on the corner of the canal with 266' of waterfront, this home is located right in the heart of the Choctawhatchee River with easy access to the Choctawhatchee Bay and the fresh water springs to the North. Come to kayak, fish, relax and so much more. Panama City Beach access is 35-45 minutes away and 35 mins to Pier Park. There is a master bedroom with a king bed on one side of the house with views of the canal, private bathroom, and separate entrance to the outdoor patio. There are two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house with a shared bathroom. Each with a queen bed. There is also a "den" area that has a queen sleeper sofa. But once you arrive and see that you're in a quiet secluded area with an abundance of wildlife and peace it's all worth it! We visited many beaches and averaged 30-50 min to drive to them. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had. It was a super relaxing vacation. Suggest that you make sure that you bring any supplies with you if you plan to cook in..... the house is remote. Closest restaurant is about 30 minutes away.
