Check your bill before you pay it.

Major check in and check out issues.
It took about 30 minutes to check in at this hotel, and when we were checking out we were charged an extra $150USD for a buffet dinner and alcohol that was not ours. They refunded us, but only after watching them try to explain why the bill was correct when it wasn’t. Eventually they found that they charged someone else’s room expenses to our account. Additionally, someone else in our group was told their card would be charged upon checkout, only to find that they DID charge the card during the stay - and then tried to charge again upon check out. So, don’t trust the front desk people, they don’t know up from down.
The bathrooms are dated and leaky. The shower head shoots water all over the ceiling, and water leaks out of the shower and all over the floor.
The food was decent with the highlight being the excellent dining staff who would allow you to order if you missed the buffet window by a few minutes. The dining manager was especially kind and accommodating.
The pool is large and the grounds are beautiful.
