There are coin/card laundry facilities on-site in each building \* All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open). \* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round) \* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated. \* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round. \* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round. Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high. Parking fees, pest control schedule, and amenity availability are subject to change. 2026: A parking fee $10 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is very solid and a great deal. Location is on the south end away from all the noise and traffic of downtown Myrtle Beach. So quiet nights and days.
