Cons: The continental breakfast was not well stocked. There was no coffee at 8:30. Very little cereal. It was disappointing. Especially the lack of coffee
Location: Next to outlet center and great restaurant selection
The staff was very nice. Rooms clean. Great location.

Great service; great front desk staff!

The fact that the rooms are entered through hallway makes it feel more upscale but at a lower price. The breakfast is better than most, with hard boiled eggs and make-'em-yourself waffles. Numerous breakfast options, cereals and pasteries, are available. The outside of the property is under some construction, but we were not at all effected. When they got our web reservation for a handicapped room with two beds, a manager called to explain they had no rooms like that and made suggestions for us based on our needs. I never had a hotel call me to work out suitable accommodations in advance in my life!

Was not happy about having to pay a $35 early check in fee, which was not published. This was on top of the prepaid room rate through Hotels.com
