The first floor features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, half bath and large balcony overlooking the pool. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has its own private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
