We had a great stay. Location was great, walk right out to the pools and the beach. We rented the beach chairs and umbrella for the week and each day they were set up and ready. Our 3 year old son enjoyed the pools. Minutes from broadway at the beach. The bedroom doesn’t get completely dark because of the resort lighting just outside the window, so if you like complete darkness bring a sleep mask. Communication was great, no check in process just go right to the room with the key code provided. Very easy check out also, basically take out your trash, clean dishes and toss the towels in the tub.

Great place witb great views. Owners very responsive and took care of us. Overall expreience was great just few things that was not to par. Resort is a free smoke resort yet the smell of Marijuana and cigarettes smoke is all over especially on the balconies we needed to close our balcony door cause of it and couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. Resort should do more about it. Condo was clean and great. Pillows need changed very soft and zero support. Kitchen could use a new toaster and more kitchen items to cook with. Thank you.

The unit was clean, bed was comfortable. The property managers were very responsive. I would recommend staying during the week. It can get a little busy with locals on the weekend. The unit itself is very nice. The elevators were fast. The hallways could use some upgrading. The carpet was kind of old.The beach was clean and very close. It was not the clear blue water I had hoped for and it was a bit rough so I didn’t really go in.Some attractions fairly close but we rented a car which was helpful if we didn’t have a car I don’t know if I would’ve stayed there for a week

The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, decorated tastefully and well supplied. The owner's responsiveness was excellent. Our biggest complaint, and the reason we'll never stay at this resort again, is the constant reek of Marijuana everywhere. Our balcony, the elevators, and IN OUR CONDO. We weren't able to even open our balcony doors for 50% of our stay. The smell seeped into our room from the condo next door, and it was so strong that I got a terrible sore throat for our last 2 days. Our entire baseball team rented units in this resort, and EVERY SINGLE FAMILY had the same problem with the Marijuana smell. So extremely frustrating and disappointing! My complaint is not this particular owner or unit. It's the entire resort and the type of activity/renters they allow.
