New dining room table with 4 chairs, 2 bar stools, 2 new comfort height toilets, master bedroom king-size pillowtop bed, chest and nightstand were all recently added. A new queen sleeper sofa and love seat were added in 2019 along with a 46" LED Smart TV on Swivel wall mount. The experience is yours to discover. What sets us apart from all the other lodging choices at Myrtle Beach is Location, Location, Location! We are located at the very END of the popular Shore Dr, which is located between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing with all the Myrtle Beach amenities just a short drive away. This comfortable, two-bedroom, two-bath Ocean Front condo has true true ocean views up and down the beach. To the south side of the condo is the Singleton Swash/Marsh inlet which children love to play in and go crabbing. The condo is located on the 9th floor of an eleven story building, with convenient elevator access at each end.. Wake up each morning to the sound of the surf and nature with nothing but beautiful blue ocean views from the master bedroom and living room. Step out onto the Large Private Ocean Front Balcony from the master bedroom or living room and relax with your favorite beverage as you watch the sunrise. You may even see the dolphins swimming by during the morning hours of the summer months. The Sands Beach Club Resort is located at the END of Shore Dr which gives you more room to roam and spread out on the beach without feeling like you're invading someone’s space. You get the feeling of being away from all the hustle and bustle but are still very convenient to all the attractions of Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Dixie Stampede, House of Blues, Restaurant Row, Tanger outlet malls, general shopping, Over a 100 golf courses to choose from. Walk over to our sister resort which is home of the famous Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar, the area's most popular outdoor beach bar with live music, tropical drinks, and a great time. You can also stop in at River City Cafe', a pool-front cafe and deli, which offers casual dining and the best burgers on the beach or or continue down the beach to the Apache fishing / entertainment pier. Teenagers love hanging out there. Our condo offers a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove plus plates glasses, silverware, pot, pans, toaster, coffer maker, blender and all the utensils. The dining area has seating for four plus 2 kitchen bar height chairs. The master bedroom is ocean front with a queen size bed, private bath, Flat Screen TV and access to the Large Ocean Front Balcony, the second bedroom offers two twin size beds and a smart flat screen TV. Our Ocean Front living room has a new queen size new sleeper sofa bed, love seat new in 2019, 46" Smart LED Flat Screen TV. You can also access the Large Ocean Front Balcony with seating for 4 from the Living room. We have Central Air Conditioning & Heat. Beautiful views. Convenience of all amenities is awesome. Laundry on your floor makes your stay even better. Our family has been coming to Sands Beach Club for about 5 years now and it feels like a second home when we come down. It’s a great location for the kids to find hermit crabs, fish and other crabs, they have a blast floating in the inlet! Ken is a great host, very communicative and friendly. The weather was great and the condo was exactly as described. We had everything we needed for our weekend get away. We cooked a few meals in and we also ate out. Host: Ken Bloch - Owner Our family had a wonderful stay at the Sands Beach Club. The condo was clean with a spectacular beachfront view, and nearby to everything we wanted to see. The owner was very communicative and the property not overcrowded. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, pans, lg bowls, blender, etc. And the freezer had an ice maker, which we greatly appreciated. The view was amazing first and foremost. Worth it being up higher and seeing that view every morning while drinking coffee. Then the master bedroom bed was actually comfortable. Had no problems sleeping. Will definitely book here again in the future. We loved our stay here so much two years ago that we returned for a second week! The property is beautiful and peaceful! The owner communicated everything we needed to make our stay smooth. Unfortunately, during our stay the balcony was not useable but it was communicated ahead of time and we were reimbursed for this inconvenience. We still had an amazing time and enjoyed the unit. Ken was awesome with communication about the property and prompt with responses. We loved the 3 larger tvs, the king size bed in the master bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom with both a double bed and twin bed. The couches were comfortable, too. The kitchen was well stocked with skillets and pans of all sizes, and even a hand mixer! It was so easy to get to the beach, just a few steps away. How wonderful to experience this ocean front condo! The owner was very responsive to my email inquiries prior to our stay. And, during our stay he very quickly had someone out to look at a window leak in one of the bedrooms. The condo was as represented in the ad. It was great to be right on the beach and the kids loved that the building had an indoor/outdoor pool. There are lots of food options nearby. This Condo is in a great location and it was easy to get to many of the attractions. Ken is super easy to work with, he made sure i had all the information well in advance of our arrival. The Condo is clean and spacious, even with two teenage boys in tow. There were no surprises everything is as Ken described. This place was exactly what I was looking for. I loved it and would rent again. Very clean and I loved layout of the rooms and the kitchen. Kitchen was my favorite as I do cook a lot. Countertops are a beautiful touch. All applicances were very clean and nice, which is something that matters a lot to me. I thought the queen bed would of been an issue as my husband and I have a king, but it was comfortable and we slept pretty good without waking the other up. This condo is located in an idea area. I dont care for crowded beaches so this was a plus. We enjoyed walking to the pier every morning and then again in the evening looking for seashells. We did have to drive a few minutes away to other attractions, but was not inconvenient at all. I actually just loved sitting out on the balcony or on the beach. Everything went smoothly once we arrived! Easy to get in to the property and get settled! We LOVED the views from the balcony, easy access to the beach, the privacy and quiet of the location.
