My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the linens were sealed and clean. A few small issues, the cushions on the downstairs furniture need to be replaced. the BBQ grill is ready for some new burners, and the golf cart needs some attention. Beautifully decorated and comfortable even though the rooms are kind of small. 10 am check-out way too early. Golf cart rules are posted in SEVERAL locations and obviously the homeowners pride and joy, however it definitely needs some upgrades. Front seat cracked and just about to come off the floor. Left us stranded on the beach had to push it back to the house. Called and reported and was told it was how we plugged it in. If there is a specific way it should be plugged in should be posted on the cart. Still a nice home and a great 4 days with family! ##### Robbie R. The manager of the house was very polite and responsive and even though we had a few issues the overall stay and experience was good and would recommend to others. ##### Trevor J. Newly remodeled, and perfect for our family. When we got there after combing through all the emails and information looking for the code to unlock the golf cart, realized it had not been provided ( reading the reviews for the house, this wasn’t the first time that’s happened). I contacted the person whom they provided and had to wait for a response. We got there at 6, and finally we’re able to go out to the beach at 8 once we got the code. When we came back from the beach, the lights on the cart wouldn’t work. So we were not able to be out past sunset for the remainder of our stay, which was a drawback because we wanted to get ice cream etc. Overall a good experience. ##### Alden G. Me and my family loved staying in 5112! this RV campsite/Town was amazing all in one. you never have to leave if you don't want to. We had to wait for cleaning due to a miscommunication. The only criticism that we had was that it was taken for granted that we knew about the campground and we were new to the experience. When we arrived (20 minutes after the stated check in time), there was a locked chain across the drive way and we could not get in. I had to call the property manager a couple of times and was given a number to the lock which was a pain to unlock, but we were finally able to get in. I was traveling with my parents, ages 76 and 80, so this was very annoying after driving for 6 hours. The elevator was not downstairs and ready for use like we were assured would be so another call had to be made to the property manager. Then to top it off, there was no linen in the home whatsoever, also very annoying after traveling all day and wanting to freshen up before dinner. It took another 3 calls and 4 hours later, we finally had towels, washcloths and sheets. The golf cart was locked up which was fine, but it would have been nice to have been told the code to the lock without having to call the manager yet again. I was beginning to wonder if I had made a huge mistake booking this home considering the cost of it. But thankfully there were no more problems after that first day. The house was very nice, the only thing I would suggest to the owner would be a couple of larger frying pans or an electric skillet and more silverware. The elevator was a God send for my parents since they are both elderly and have several medical conditions. We especially loved the golf cart, it was so nice to have the "limo" style. The elevator and golf cart alone made this house worth it.
