The property was clean however I didnt like that there was no housekeeping. Upon arrival the staff was not friendly he simply gave me my key card and sent me on my way. He didn't inform me of where i could find amenities as the hotel is pretty big. 2 days in I had to ask another staff who was actually very kind. Then I wanted to go to the arcade but there was construction so didnt know how else to get to it

We checked out of the resort a day early and stayed with a friend due to finding cockroaches. The room overall appearance of the room appeared clean and the facilities appeared clean, however, this was pure disgusting .

Indoor pool was filthy, horrid smell on the 7th floor elevator lobby (believe it was in the waste can), and provided towels for the outdoor pool were very inadequate. Employees were by and large friendly and cooperative but I don't think we'll be coming back here.

It was closer to the beach which was great but they offer water park with almost $60 per night extra price but water park was not even working. Room was not serviced even after asking the front desk couple times. Had to get towel by ourselves after waiting all day.

Location is amazing but amenities are dirty including pool and spa and there is no fun zone for kids and also water park was not working. We just enjoyed the view from the balcony. Also good at the only restaurant is also not good.

When we arrived everything looked good at first. The toilet seat in our room was broken, our door wouldn’t shut and the refrigerator wasn’t working. I contacted the front desk, someone finally came to check it out an hour later. When they got there they hit the door with a hammer to fix the problem. They said the refrigerator was fine & they would be back to fix our toilet. 2 hours later they finally came back, I was in the shower. They left the toilet piece and said we could fix it ourselves. The next day I reported the refrigerator and toilet seat again. Hours later when we weren’t in our room anymore they came and fixed the toilet but still did nothing to fix it for us. The 7th floor ice maker was broken and the whole floor was soaked. It was not an ideal experience, needless to say I will not be back to this location!

We were there for a dance convention but property failed to mention renovations were being done. Hot water only lasted 5 minutes. Door to balcony kept getting stuck. No heat or AC. Had a dance mom get stuck in the elevator and property refused to allow fire department to pry it open stating the elevator was “new” and didn’t want to ruin it. Convention area was extremely small due to the renovations. Definitely not a “resort” of any kind. More like a Motel 6!

Everything was as expected. We returned to the hotel from dinner and found that the only working elevator was now out of service and we had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to our room.

Disappointing in the Winter - nothing available. This may be a great place in the Summer, but the things I thought would be open in the Winter were not available. There was no effort to inform people of their closed amenities prior to purchasing the room. The Indoor Pool and Hot Tubs and Put Put were all closed in February. I was not pleased with the TV until I realized it might be the only way to keep inappropriate shows from the eyes of little kids. But not seeing a TV guide of the channels was so 1980's.

Location and parking were great. However there was no hot water in the building. We had to heat water in the microwave to take a bath. Another visitor had no heat in their room. TV was not working but they did come repair the wires for the connection.

Easy check in and nice area….but the room was dirty. The floor was extremely dirty and there was no toilet paper in the room. The rooms looked like a 1970’s room with no upgrades. The mattresses were old spring mattresses. I would not stay at this hotel again and it it’s definitely not a 3.5 star. It’s more like a 1.5 star.

No house keeping, and will not clean the room until you leave. They are remodeling so some areas are close. Just to be fair it was a low-budget hotel and the staff where friendly.

I apologize if there was some miscommunication in regards to daily housekeeping service, we do provide a daily trash and towel service for the guest should you not want it then you would just turn the housekeeper away.

They didn’t have rags and towels you had to get when housekeeping was there or you had to wait till the next day. One bed had no blanket couldn’t get that bc housekeeping was gone. They wrist band for attractions that was clearly already closed for 2023

I will also check with front desk concerning the wrist bands as if you are staying during the early week when the Waterpark is closed you wouldn't need the wrist band. However if you are staying over the weekend our Waterpark is still open weather permitting.

My wife and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for several years for little getaways and this was the best Resort we have stayed at! The room was clean, the staff were very nice, and everything you need is on the property.They have little shops, dining, a water park, arcades, and even a nail salon.This will be the only place we stay from now on!

The room was clean, and quiet. Had a nice little balcony with a view of the ocean. However, I was disappointed with the hot tub. One was ice cold and the other one was surrounded by mold and slime. The extra $30 a day charge obviously did not take care of the problem.

Check in was great. Staff was very pleasant. Our room had dozens of roaches that we discovered the moment we turned on the light. We didn’t stay. Just turned around and got right back in the car.
