The 1st time we got locked out of our room for we didn’t grab our key , we was trying to hurry to get out . This was in the middle of the night and we had to stay out side of our room for about 2 hours before any would could let us back in. The bedroom also had a bad smell and everything in the room was always damp. I couldn't sleep in there. The floor mats in the bathrooms need replacing or washing. We go to garden City every year and have stayed at the royal garden before but this is the first time staying in this condo. We loved this condo my only complaints were they may need to get new rug (they just felt dirty when walking on them) and get more utensils for the kitchen like a spatula and cooking spoon (all we had was a laidel to cook with.) We were given clean sheets for our beds but the toppers were not clean.. we’re saying makeup was on ours so we won’t think it was blood!! Elevators were out of order and people were stuck twice we know of. Long waits for the elevators. Our room was nice and we enjoyed our visit especially sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. Fireworks shows every night which my grandson loved.
