Great Family home located in private gated community of DeBordieu just Steps to beach access.

This property is well stocked to meet the needs of ANY guest. This six bedroom home is just a two minute walk from the beach on a quiet street. Five of the six bedrooms feature access to a porch and come fully equipped for a relaxing vacation.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature a King in each, (as well as private baths) Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature a Queen in each, Bedroom 5 features Two twin beds and bedroom 6 features Two Bunk beds. This home also features a full kitchen including a coffee pot maker, an outside shower and much more. Full Golf and Club membership which allows guests access to dining, golf, tennis and pools with applicable club account fee. Downstairs screen porch and open porches on second and third floors. This home is GREAT for families and large of space and rooms for a gathering.

NEW CLUB ACCESS FOR 2022...
DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, golf, tennis, fitness center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements.

Nice place but needs some TLC
The house was nice and provided plenty of room for our family. One strong point about house was its nearness to the beach. Our family spent lots of time enjoying the beautiful beach since it isn’t as crowded as beaches closer to Mrytle Beach. The home does need a few improvements, such as painting porches and replacing some porch furniture. Also, we had a problem with ants in the kitchen and some other rooms.

Too pricey for what you get
It was very expensive for the condition of the property. Old bathrooms, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, old bedding, old carpet. It was our only option because we had a 6 year old 10 lb miniature dachshund who does not chew and is totally trained but the only option for pets. It should be less expensive but was more expensive then some of the really nice beautiful houses that did not take pets.

Great for large groups
Home is perfect for large groups. We have 6 couples and everyone had their own bed and bath. Garage is a little messy…. A lot of stuff and difficult to get the golf cart. The office staff is nice and very friendly. Yet, it would be nice to be able to check in and out at the gate. All in all, it was a great vacation.

Excellent stay in great location!
This property was perfectly located just steps from the beach and a short cart ride to all Debordieu facilities. While the home was slightly more dated than expected (particularly the bathrooms), it was very clean and communal areas were welcoming and updated. Will definitely visit again!

Has a lot of "warts" but no major problems. Good fit it you want a place where you're not afraid to sit on the furniture. Big and roomy with lots of common and private spaces.

Wonderful location and plenty of space for multiple families to be together (and separate, when naptimes arise😄). One small oven created some challenges for Thanksgiving dinner prep, but it was worth it!

Great Location
The house was clean and ready when we arrived. Overall we had a great stay and it accommodated us well. The house does need to be renovated and updated, which I believe the owners are planning to do this winter. If they do we would definitely go back. The location and access to the beach are fantastic considering it’s not right on the water. It’s in a great neighborhood too. We enjoyed our stay.

Safety Hazard and run down
There are a lot of repairs and safety issues needed before this place should be rented again. Multiple deck boards are broken and some stairs are lose along with many dangerous nails sticking up. The worst part is we asked the property manager the condition since there was a bad review right before our trip. They said the person was impossible to please and the complaints were not valid.
