Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and bathroom did appear to have been cleaned there were dead spiders and bugs on floor the phone in the room didn’t work so any issue you had to go downstairs to the front desk which was a big inconvenience let alone a safety hazard

Switch and Bate. Hidden fees when you arrive. Total arrogance of management. Than more hidden fees for cleaning. Took pictures of everything to proof rooms left is as received. If they do apply these fees our company has already engaged a local firm to represent us in this matter and shall use all available legal remedies by law With thousands of hotel rooms utilizing by the firm annually we have never encountered such a miss trust of a guest’s expectations I truly hope this matter does not come to this but we certainly have the resources to respond accordingly. Please management understand this has nothing to do with the funds as it is principal now

Stayed for 3 day 2 night and had no hot water to shower despite maintenance coming to fix. Found blood smeared on the door and floors not very clean. Would never stay here and advise to run far away.

The room was clean and seemed to be updated/modernized except the bathroom did NOT have a door. The beds were comfortable mattresses on top of metal frames which were very squeaky/loud when you moved on them or got in and out of bed. Doesn't make for a good night's sleep.

Our room and floor smelt like weed. The next morning we did wake up to the couple 2 doors down in a screaming match. Not exactly the hotel I felt safe while traveling with my 3 and 7 year old. We will never stay here again!!

Pleasantly surprised!
The room was clean and smelled fresh. The TV didn’t work, but the front desk clerk brought us up a new key and the room was right across the hall. It was a very easy transition since we were in the 4th floor far away from the office. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. Would stay here again.

The lobby, hallways and elevators looked like they were in disrepair. The beds squeaked. There was a beeping noise on the hallway night. People were having loud conversations at 11:30 at night. I only put up with it because I was only there for one night.

To begin with, the room had a light peculiar scent to it. A little like a hospital room. The beds were damp. I've never experienced anything like it before. And I don't mean a little damp. It was as if someone had a pool party in them the night before. Gross!! Upon waking we found there was no hot water. Just wonderful. Maybe I should've squeezed some warm water from the mattress. The breakfast was a bad joke and I wasn't the only one that wasn't happy about that. The only 2 people there that morning were upset as well and only had coffee. I totally passed because I've already had that brand of sausage biscuit make my stomach churn for two days once before. So, yeah for that price I expected a whole lot more. Doubt I'll be staying again.

There was an 6 inch hole in one of the walls, and the knob to turn on the shower was sitting on the toilet when I entered the room. It was easy to put back on, but need to be properly attached again so it won't continue to come off.

I’ll have to say that I would like a hotel to be clean all around and that you would not have to see so much dirtiness on an elevator floor and the glass that views to outside, also would not like to stay at a hotel that has weekly rentals and that smell of weed was horrible, room was ok but looking at the outside in the back, it was dirty and smelled plus it almost looked that they have a mechanic shop in the parking lot where people was replacing tires and checking car engine while drinking and smoking weed, so I wouldn’t stay there again only because I want my family to feel safe and rest at peace when paying for a hotel.

Not a good stay. They had no bathroom towel. Also there was no plate for the continental breakfast. It was simply a not so good hotel. Will not stay there anymore.

One of the mos cleanest Hotels I have ever been . You would see people cleaning and vacuuming all day long . The swimming pool was so clean and nice , we enjoyed the heating pool as well . The staff was very kind . The room was well maintained and so clean

From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we could tell this hotel has been recently remodeled with a lot of modern upgrades. It's perfectly located in between the Beach, The Airport, a variety of Restaurant's and both major Outlet Mall's at a reasonable price. Our room was fresh & clean from the bathroom to the bed and the AC worked great. Despite being the busy season (August) and very busy, we never heard any of our neighbors so we slept great after a long day. Check-out was a breeze and would definitely return in the future.
