The pla e was clean and well kept. It had everything needed for a nice vacation. Communication was great. We asked if we could use the parking garage before our check in time and they were able to accommodate us to use the parking garage at 12 which was great.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Unless you want to spend your vacations with cockroaches and ants, stay away. Started with a housekeeper coming in and asking us if we have seen any cockroaches 10 minutes after we got the room. Then kids passed out on the couch and soon we realized there are ants crawling across one of the kids face and everywhere near the entire area. And we were at 20th floor!!!! Other things that were not working include stove (front 2), dryer (doesn't stop unless you manually turn it off), ice maker(to be fair you can get ice on the third floor). Needless to say horrifying experience.
After three rounds of cleaning ourselves because no one would come, ants were still crawling out.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2025
