Yes, the kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. \>>Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food. \>>What water amenities are included? Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and oceanfront pool, lazy river, and indoor hot tubs. The unit was clean and all set up when we arrived during Labor Day week 2022\. Everything other than food was supplied. This unit is situated on 74th N street in MB which is in the middle of N. MB and MB.. Away from all the crowds of MB but centrally located to everything.. I would suggest waiting until you arrive to see what items you need to purchase for your stay such as food, toiletries,etc. We had time to kill before 4pm checkin so we went to Walmart to purchase items for our stay. We purchased items we didn’t really need as it was already in the unit. The resort is just steps away from the beach. Communications with the rental company via email and text were answered promptly. They even send follow up emails to see how your stay is going. We didn’t have anything negative to say about this unit unlike one other reviewer. This unit is very nice. All furniture and beds are very comfortable. After you initially check in and go up the main elevators you will discover a single elevator that is only two doors down from your room. This is rarely used or noticed by other guests as it comes out in an out of the way area of the resort. This is great as it makes it quick to go up and down! If you have streaming devices, you should bring them with you. Both tv’s in the unit are Smart TV’s. You can watch whatever you want and won’t be limited to what’s provided in the area cable. The Wi-Fi worked very well during our stay. We had no issues streaming. The picture show on this Vrbo site are an accurate representation of what the unit looks like. All in all we really enjoyed this unit and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. You won’t be disappointed! ##### Mark M. It is described as being a newly renovated, luxury condo with washer/dryer in-unit. None of which is the case. At first glance, the unit looks nice but hardly luxurious. Furniture, decor, and appliances are most likely from a dollar store or discount mart. There are some "newish" improvements to cabinets, facets and flooring but toilet, tub, ceilings, outlets, etc. are old and in need of updates. Even the shower curtain didn't fit right and hung on the floor soaking wet. Most of the unit was minimally cleaned, but the floor was gritty and grimy and also had an uncleaned "spill" beside the bed that was splattered onto the bed frame. With no rugs to wipe feet & no vacuum or mop provided, we made due all week with wet wipes and a broom. Worst of all, l asked specifically back in May(and a 2nd time in June after l got no response) if the unit had a washer/dryer inside because it was clearly listed but l didnt see it in any photos. The rental company rep confirmed YES it is in the unit. Then on the day before our arrival she sent me a message basically saying, by the way...there's a coin-operated laundry room in your building, NOT a washer/dryer in your unit, but you paid before you asked so too bad. I would never have selected this unit for an 11 day stay knowing l had to use a laundromat, had no maid service and no way cleaning the unit myself unless I went and bought a vacuum. We like the Sand Dunes Resort and have had 2 other units in this building that were wonderful and exactly as described (like a home away from home or better!), so that's why this experience was such a let down. Pick another unit from a trustworthy owner/rental company. ##### Shelby A.
