This is the first time staying at this condo and Vikki Cook is very easy and efficient to work with. The condo has everything we need including beach toys and chairs. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all that we need. We recommend this condo to anyone ready to enjoy a great carefree beach stay! ##### Sue L. We rented by owner last year also and happened to stay in 1208, so this is our second time in this condo. Very clean, great resort, would recommend this property to others. A short walk gets you on the beach and ready to enjoy your vacation. The condo was clean and can easily sleep 8\. 3 bathrooms mean little time spent waiting to clean up after a day in the sun. The condo is conveniently located to both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle, so there is plenty to do to keep the whole family happy. The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had. The only issue we had were light bulbs not working in 2 of the bathrooms. We replaced what we could with the supply but it was weird how the cleaning people did not notice this. One bathroom was 1/2 dark. Also there was no dishwashing cube to run the dishwasher when we left. This was the first time this has happened. But the view and the beds were very nice. ##### Anthony K. We love the area, being convenient to all attractions, great restaurants and the best beach! We loved the large balcony and views.
