Our fall vacation

We have stay here two years in a roll we are thankful that they except our fur babies we really enjoyed our time here kitchen could use some pots and pans as I brought my electric skillet so we were ok thank you again for letting us stay at your resort the Wilson's

Great unit.

On the ground floor next to hot tub and pool and fitness center. Clean. Full sized kitchen. Exactly like pictured. Oceanfront access to beach. Since it's on ground floor a better view of beach would probably in higher up units floors. Even a doggie spa here. Pretty awesome I must say. We will be back.

Good, tons of hidden fees.

Liked the place we stayed at, but the fees that were associated with booking through this doubled the price of the original daily rate.

Very old needs updating. Around midnight both nights there were fireworks going off very loud couldn’t sleep/ woke us up

The good, the bad and the ugly

Oceanfront was wonderful. Cleanliness was not bad for a pet friend hotel. It was a little beat up, but the grounds were maintained well. Couldn’t beat the full kitchen. Patio sitting puts you right in the face of people using the hot tub. We made the mistake of going over Memorial Day weekend which happened to be Black Bike Week. All the roads were blocked off to discourage cruising. Getting to the main road was a nightmare and it made the traffic horrendous. It was very aggravating and kept us prisoner in the hotel. AVOID MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!

We spent few days at the property. Hotel Location was good, first floor room had very limited ocean view. Floor and beds were clean and organised. Kitchen appliances could be updated (coffee maker’s heating element was rusty). Bath tub curtain had some hair on. Bathroom towel rack were barely secured on the wall. You could see poor patching work done on the walls in the bathroom. Bathroom countertop had like an inch gap between the wall. Bathroom needed some updates like yesterday. A/C worked great, cute balcony facing hot tub was good. Okay stay for money you pay but could use some better cleaning.

Checked in and went to room, cockroaches were running everywhere, call front desk and they sent a man to spray right away. They actually knew of problem. After spraying 3 times in 2 days we got rid of them, we know it is a problem down south but do you think they would have a spray routine. Owner called and said they were in communication with front office but we chose the place. It is livable but I would stay somewhere else and really check a place out, I recommend staying somewhere else

Family vacation

The location was perfect beach front with pool access just steps away from our room. The resort is in walking distance to many food options as well as gift shops.

The spa was cold water, should have been warmer and the check out time be later when you check it so late. Must check in is 3pm with a check out at 11 or noon

Nice place but

Summer rates are too high or we would have booked another week. Fees and taxes are ridiculously expensive. Total bill amounted to twice the amount of the room cost alone.
