Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. This is a small space, but has what you need for a short-term stay. If you’re scared of heights, you may want to choose differently as this is on the top floor of the building. You can see the ocean, but you cannot see the sunrise or sunset from this room. The free mini golf is horrible. The pools are nice & refreshing.

Great location

Wife and daughter stayed here for a cheer competition over a weekend. Great location right down the road from the convention center and broadway at the beach. Great view and local ammentities. Parking seems to be tight and a three point turn was needed to make it around the curves. Elevator could be heard at all hours when in use. Besides that it was a great place and was perfect for what was needed that weekend.

Just right for the price

Its not a brand new luxury resort, but it has everything you should need. We saved money by grocery shopping and making food in the unit. Kitchen has all the basic necessities for meal making. Unit was clean. Beautiful view on the 19th floor of the ocean. Very nice beach.

The dogs were out of control. Some people had three. The shower has no pressure and TP was very low end. View was good room good but small but Pools were fill of kids that should have been in school.

Noise level

It was very hard to sleep at night at this hotel, we wore earplugs to keep the noise down as much as we could. The noise not only came from barking dogs, slamming doors, and next door neighbors fighting during the night, but also from the hotel itself—noise coming from the rooftop that was constant, day and night.

Decent with a beautiful view

The best thing about the property is the view! You’re on the top floor and you can see the ocean for miles from your bed! That’s exactly what we wanted ! The bathroom is extremely small, and you’re practically in the kitchen ! It was comical at times for my family and I. There were no beach towels provided so luckily we brought our own. Very little water pressure but we experience the same this when we stayed in a different property within the Patricia Grand, so it must be a universal issue The beds were VERY comfortable as well the pillows!! The AC worked great! We would stay here again, just was surprised by the bathroom size !

Not a bad place but be aware ..

When we walked in the room the lamp was broken and there was no frying pan in the room to make eggs. The front desk people were very kind and helpful and gave us a frying pan.BUT**they had two different maintenance men come to the room they both knocked a few times which we were out in the deck and didn’t hear the knocking and then they both at different times just walked right in!!! I was so shocked I could have been in the shower or whatever and random guys just unlocked our door and came right in. DID NOT like that! There are no cameras in the elevators or by the hallways or doors so anything could happen and no one would know. With that being said, the front desk gave us two free breakfast to their restaurants bc of the lamp being broke and not being able to replace it. The hotel was clean plenty of pools and close to the beach. The parking garage was terrible. Very very small do not bring anything bigger than a small compact car and they say that in the Vrbo description so they weren’t kidding. It’s very convenient to broadway and many other places. All in all our stay was pretty good

Good view/location, needs updating

The view, even though not technically oceanfront, was great. The balcony was visible from the adjacent building/Strand, so not private. The beds/pillows were comfortable, granite was in good shape, but bathroom very small (can’t easily fit two), and the furnishings were old/bad shape (chairs stained, headboards scratched, blankets worn). The same was true for the lobbies in hotel (furniture looked so bad you don’t want to sit). Parking deck also had very narrow turns, so bigger SUVs need experienced drivers.
