From check in to check out this had to be one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had, and we are seasoned travelers. Everything was top notch. The pick up at the ferry was seamless. The room was upgraded to a suite. The concierge services were wonderful. They could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Everyone on the staff was friendly, helpful and hard working. Seriously, if you stay somewhere else you are totally missing out on one of the best hotel experiences you will ever have.

Our experience was great, we spent 10 days at the hotel and it is really comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff is amazing. The pool menu is also pretty good and everything is super fresh. The room was ample and we had a great time enjoying the terrace. We had a memorable experience. The only thing is that at this time of the year there are limited amount of taxis in comparison to the amount of visitors. The hotel has courtesy transportation and when available they drop you off and pick you up from town. At times it was a bit difficult to go back to the hotel especially at night. Just for that we would consider staying at the Belvedere hotel in our next visit which is right next to town.
Everything was perfect during our stay. Starting from the free shuttle pickup at the port, the beautiful location and ambiance of the hotel, the friendly staff, the view from the room, the swimming pool, the sumptuous breakfast including patio seating with a view, close to everything. Amazing value for the price.
Great location because you can easily catch public transport to any beach or place you want to go. Staff were exceptional. Hotel is BEAUTIFUL and food is excellent. We cannot fault this hotel. The staff were so kind and went out of their way for us. Our only problem we encountered was due to the fact that we visited about 2 weeks after peak season and some of the beaches and restaurants the hotel staff recommended were closed when we arrived which was disappointing but we will just return next season at the right time!!
Fantastic hotel, great location, helpful staff, but some teething problems--power went out several times one night and no hot water the next morning. I had to take a cold shower, not exactly what I want at an expensive resort.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms, pool and atmosphere a short walk ( 3 mins ) from center of town. Staff from reception to porters to breakfast ladies were friendly and very attentive, you can clearly see that great service is at the top of their agenda. We had 2 single beds changes to a double bed without having to directly ask for this, evening cleaners came every evening to refresh towels and turn down bed. We will be back and this will be our go to hotel in Mykonos. Rented Jeep vis reception and parking was provided in basement of hotel. Had a great massage in the hotel spa and no complaints. Over all a great experience.

Overlooking a pretty harbour and backed by a hill lined with four windmills, Mikonos Town is Greece’s most exclusive and hedonistic party destination. The small town has quaint cobbled streets and whitewashed houses; its glamorous nightlife, five-star design hotels and chic eateries attract celebrities and an international gay party crowd. The best beaches are out of town, on the south coast, served by taxi boat from the harbour.
