Our front desk associates informed you that you might have a delay beyond 15:00 due to an unexpected issue and you had agreed to this. Our associates also overheard your friends about your anniversary with your husband and we wanted to pamper you as well as your friends. Therefore we offered you 2 free transportations (Hotel-Pouli area upon arrival & Hotel-Airport on the day of your departure), as well as dinner for four people and unlimited drinks for you and your friends.
