We enjoyed a wonderful stay in one of the villas and would certainly think of returning to this excellent hotel. The staff are highly engaged, professional and attentive. The location is good being 10 mins walk from the town but this is along a narrow road with no pavements so does not feel safe - particularly at night. Avoid the hotel car service which is priced way too high (80 euros for a 5 min ride is simply excessive!). Also, a handful of rooms along the foot path from reception to the road are overlooked and so had little privacy so I would not have been pleased to stay in one of those. Overall though this is a terrific place to stay in Mykonos.

Bill & Coo was a great experience. Staff is so nice and ready to assist at a moment’s notice. It’s within a short walking distance to Mykonos town. It’s also v quiet. Spa massage was great too. Highly recommend

LOVED this hotel! We were bummed we spent longer at the one before it and only a day at Bill & Coo bc it was such a great property! We stayed in the room w/an infinity pool and the views were so beautiful. 15 min walk to downtown area. The food for breakfast was really good, too! Absolutely 5 star and will be back again!

Beautiful hotel with superb staff.
A beautiful and extraordinary place to stay. I’ve done so for many years and will continue to do so. The service is absolutely first class. You see the same staff year after year which is a testament to the atmosphere they have created here. The breakfasts are also a real highlight and are usually included in the tariff. Location is also excellent as it’s about a 15 minute walk into the main town. So you are close enough to get to the good restaurants by foot, but far enough away so that you get a more serene environment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Amazing resort, great hospitality - exceeded expectations. Wonderful views with private infinity pool. Access to sister property with beach and restaurants was a plus. Only suggestion to management is to build in port transfer charges in the room rates as 160 Euros for 10min each side ride sound excessively high.

This small hotel had the highest level of service that I have experienced, which I believe sets it apart from other 5star hotels. The pool and restaurant were great. The beach area is a short drive away with a nice restaurant too. The service at the beach was not like at the hotel though.

One of the most amazing hotel stays ever! Most incredible staff ever. Loved the infinity pool, the design and architecture is stunning and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. We used the spa and had great massages. It was just a wonderful experience overall!

We had a wonderful stay at Bill and Coo Suites and Lounge. The property is small and intimate. We were greeted with a glass of champagne despite the fact that we didn't arrive until midnight. We were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful. Perhaps most important, the staff was fantastic. Everyone, the restaurant staff, front desk, drivers were all so accommodating. Special thanks go to Alexandros who went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay and even escorted us, including running through the streets of Mykonos Town, to catch the ferry to Delos so we didn't miss our one opportunity to see this amazing site.

Great for romantic getaway but not close to town
Great hotel and service, it’s just not clear on hotel.com which hotel you’re booking. Thought I was booked into the suites and lounges as per my confirmation email, very misleading. This hotel is great if you want remote but ended up spending approx €60 a day on the car service to the town. Perfect for honeymoon not if you want a bit more going on and closer to town.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Bill & Coo Coast Suites. I actually have never written a review but feel obligated. We travel quite a bit and are often hard to please.This was best luxury boutique hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff was always available without being pushy and our room with a private Jacuzzi pool was immaculate with views from the pool deck, balcony and bedroom. The Coast suites is not in walking distance to town but the hotel offers an on demand driver n (for a reasonable fee) and return service at anytime. They actually provide a small cellphone with a direct dial to the hotel when you are ready to be picked up.

The service and amenities at the hotel are impeccable. Staff members are so kind and attentive and even accommodated a late check out for me because my ferry was cancelled. In addition, rooms come with a private cell phone to call the front desk from anywhere on the island for any needs such as transportation. Lastly, the pool area provides a stunning view of the sunset.

the process of check in and out were easy, the staff were so friendly and wonderful and the hotel was clean and well kept. The location was great and we were able to view the most beautiful sunset on the island from the hotel patio chairs!

One of the best hotel experiences of my life.
This was by far one of the best hotel experiences of my life. I have traveled quite a bit and there are a few hotel experiences that just really stand out from the rest- and this is one of them. I visited Mykonos for the first time in June with my cousin who lives in the UK. We wanted something that was nice and with easy access to town. Bill & Coo is a special, luxurious modern boutique hotel in a great peaceful location, but still walking distance to Mykonos town. I booked a regular room there (which was not cheap but worth it). Upon arrival we were greeted with kindness and a welcome snack out by the Gorgeous infiniti pool while they oriented us to the hotel until our room was ready. They then told us about a surprise, which was that they upgraded us to one of the nicest rooms in the hotel with it's own private pool for the 3 nights!! We were floored! The room was absolutely stunning. We have no idea why they did this, when I asked it seemed to be out of kindness as it was my first visit to Mykonos. We were so grateful. The room with separate living room, spa bath tub, steam shower, private pool and rooms was stunning and comfortable. Every day, every person that worked there treated us with kindness. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We also learned that there was a shuttle to the Bill & Coo Coast suites and enjoyed complimentary breakfast there on one of the mornings by the beach as well. This was a superior experience.
