This is one of the best property in the area. The staff made necessary change to accommodate my need from the room with unheated pool to a preferred one with hot tub. You have to make sure you pay attention with the rooms with pool whether it’s heated or not- it’s a breezy island and the pool water is freezing cold! You may be paying for amenities you can’t use. Although the room with the hot tub was cheaper, and I was not given refund but at least I was able to soak after a full day sight seeing. It’s not on the beach front but believe me the beach front properties I found out are more rowdy and noisy. So we loved our stay and the food was very nice!! One more thing- the rooms are NOT sound proof, -just so you know!! Overall very great experience, will highly recommend here especially in the warmer weather!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff at the property was horrific. I got food poisoning from their food and was sick the entire night and next day. Upon letting them know what happened, they did absolutely nothing and wouldn’t comp my meal. It is so disturbing that this was the outcome. I have never stayed at a hotel or met people who aren’t empathetic to a medical situation involving the hotels food. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be returning.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the Ambassador. The hotel is very unassuming when you pull up as it seems to blend in with the surrounding buildings, but upon entering the experience is top notch. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the hotel is always clean. The Sea View rooms offer an amazing elevated view of the Agean and Mykonos coastline. The food at the hotel is excellent and there are multiple restaurants on the beach boardwalk, which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The pool is crystal clear and there were always beach chairs available throughout the day. If you are headed to Mykonos I highly recommend checking this place out.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with stunning views of the sea. The staff was welcoming and very helpful! Christina was wonderful and helped plan our days there, she also assisted us in coordinating a dinner on a different island. We loved the hotel! We think they can improve their wifi as it never worked in our room. The gym also can be improved and having access to the sauna/steam bath if you are a guest at the hotel as most of the 5 stars hotels do.

The front desk manager yanked a bottle of water from my husband's hand in the lobby and said he got 2 already given to him in the room. We did not expect that from a 5-star Hotel.
