Your Mikonos getaway awaits at this brilliant 2-bedroom house. With a cozy full bed and a fun bunk bed, guests will have a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, heating, and a washing machine. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Mikonos.  
  
A beautiful first floor house that can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, solo travelers and business travelers.  
  
Fabrika's House is located in a very central location of Mykonos Town, next to the Fabrika bus terminal. You will be just few minutes away to the famous Windmills, Little Venice and Matogiannia, between narrow picturesque alleys and small white chapels, Fabrika's House invites you to create unforgettable memories.  
  
A perfect located house to explore the enhanting alleys of Mykonos and head to the Mills where you can find the famous Little Venice bars and other restaurants and cafes.  
  
Guest access:  
Just a short 50 meter walk from Fabrika bus terminal. Please note that access by car is very difficult, therefore we will provide you more information few days before your arrival. To facilitate your stay, we will be by your side during your stay.  
  
Other things to note:  
The water on the island is not drinkable, so we recommend bringing bottled water for your stay. To welcome you, there will be a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge, upon your arrival, where you will be welcomed by Despoina.  
  
The check out must always be completed before 10.00 am. Any late departures may incur an additional charge equal to half of the daily booking price. The cleaning fee covers the cost of preparing the space for your arrival and laundering linens. Please note that we do not offer a daily cleaning service. However, we provide anything you may need regarding house cleaning (applies to 3 day stays or more).
