Not full service.
I am tired of hotels who do not have the service they advertise, especially when it comes to having computer access. Both computers in their business room were down. this happens far too often to me. they acted like there was nothing they could do, which made me think they have been down for some time. Also, the hot tub was hot, but the jets would not work. Great!

The hotel was fine for a quick overnight stop. One of the elevators was not working. Only 3 towels were stocked in the bathroom even though we informed them that we would have 4 guests. Several lights in our room were not working. And the breakfast was ok.

The property was close to the Castle, but the floors were "sticky", the elevator was unnecessarily loud and our first room door did not "lock". It was pushed open with no effort. We were given another room.

Not so great Hampton
Not really the standards of a Hampton. I chose specifically for the expectations of Hampton. The beds were terrible. The hotel was older and needs a really good cleaning in the rooms so don't look around to hard. I think what did it for us was the roach that was in the bathroom. All the staff we encountered were very nice so the service was excellent. Because of the roach we decided not to eat the breakfast so we had to go somewhere else. I personally would not return.

One elevator was broken down, so all guests on upper floors were forced to use the only other elevator, which happened to be next door to our room. Noisy all night, on top of the mechanical room grinding noise. Walls were so thin, we heard everything. Bummer....

Can’t say enough about this hotel. Clean, rooms were large and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and great place to safely walk my dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Dining options some within walking distance. Convenience store/ gas station close by. Quiet area and it was only a couple of miles from our destination (Muskogee Castle). Breakfast was delicious and area was kept clean. Enjoyed our stay.

A good nights sleep - sparkling bathroom
My room was clean and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The hotel is very dog friendly and convenient to restaurants and services. Although it is 5 miles from the turnpike the detour is well worth the time for a good nights sleep..

Hampton inn Muskogee is great!
Muskogee was a stop-over for my wife and I, both going and coming home. The Hampton was very clean and restful. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Good Hotel - great room
Our room was large and comfortable one of the nicest we have stayed in on this trip. The breakfast was fine, although there were not as many choices as some other places on the trip. This was a good choice for an overnight stop.
