I liked how quiet it was on the 8th floor. Nice view of the downtown although it would have been nice to have a view of the water. Enjoyed the hot tub. Would have been nice to have a few more food options in the hotel rather than having to go next door. I did go over there for dinner and it was good but very slow and expensive.

Staff was sincere and accommodating. 500 for 4 nights in the smallest room was what i expected for February off season. Finding good food reasonable was a challenge, but the small Italian (Po) downtown was amazing. Reservations suggested.

My stay during a winter storm
Our room was clean, beds comfortable with lots of pillows, AC unit worked great. Only one wastebasket which was in bathroom. Would suggest one more somewhere else. The large room downstairs was great, very open and comfortable with table, comfy sofas and chairs. Really good food at the bar area. And pool, if that’s ur thing..

The hotel was nice and in a beautiful location it was clean, but when we went down to the pool, the pool and hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and it caused my daughter to cough in both of our eyes to Burn. They did end up turning it off. I don’t really know what that means but it did get better after that and after we opened one of the sliders. Also, it took about between five and 10 minutes for the hot water in the shower.

Nice, cozy room. Very kind person at the front desk . I may have been mistaken, but no breakfast was available? We enjoyed the vast space of the room, how clean the hotel smelled, and the Keurig in the room.

It was a long trek to the only ice machine in the lobby but the hotel is gorgeous and the staff was very friendly. We enjoy staying there.

A corner piece of the wallpaper was hanging down over the bed. (Needs glue) The outlets on the outer drawer of the bedside table was loosely hanging, (from people trying to open the drawer) Only 1 trashcan (in the rest room) - nothing by the coffee machine and 2 chair & table area Bedsheets were extremely tight. \0/
