The property is quite run down. This is evident in the rooms as well as the grounds and the lobby. The only plusses are that it's walkable to downtown and the breakfast (included) is above average.

The location was fine. Just off the main road which made the stay a little noisy but I did know that when booking. A short walk from downtown and broadway. But kind of on the expensive side for what it was.

We stayed for one night with our two dogs. We were charged and additional $56 for the dogs as well as parking. When we got to the room it looked more like a Red Roof Inn. There was noticeable damage from prior dogs/pets, so it was a bit upsetting that we paid extra money only to end up in an already damaged room. The surrounding area was extremely noisy and seemed unsafe. Construction appeared to be happening which also caused a lot of noise. After comparing the photos on Expedia- they are not true pictures of this Comfort Suites. There were several noticeable differences between the photos on Expedia and the true condition of the rooms. For the price, it would be better to go for a Super 8 or Red Roof.

Just an amazing facility overall with the most friendly and helpful staff. I think our favorite part was the complementary hot breakfast every morning. We stayed here 4 nights, and everything was PERFECT. Excellent value overall.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. They had the usual continental breakfast but also had a chef there making omelets to order. Best breakfast I’ve ever been to at a hotel.

The plumbing had to be shutoff to the entire facility due to an unfortunate pipe burst from another guest. It was just a little inconvenient during those times. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very weak which could have been related to the latter.

It was a nice stay, my only complaint is the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly! There was hair everywhere

They called us the day before to see when we were coming I said between two and three. We showed up at 230 and our room wasn't ready. Not a big deal so we went for a coffee came back an hour later and the room they gave us reaked of air freshner. We left again for dinner to air the place out came back to relax for a bit and we had no tv signal. Called the front desk and it was another 30 minutes till thet fixed it. Oh and the pool well its broke and pad locked. The place is a run down dump.

Pretty good location, not too busy of an area, but is walkable to more excitement. Staff was friendly enough. Room was a bit dingy and could definitely use a deep clean. Stains on curtains, doors and bed. It was a fine stay.

I liked that there were restaurants close by that were not on the strip so we could eat without having to wait a crazy amount of time. But then we were able to grab some scooters and take them down to the strip and enjoy the nightlife. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the pool was closed.

Our room had a very strong odor from cleaning products. So much so that it triggered my asthma and woke me with a burning feeling in my eyes and throat. Opened the door at 2am for fresh air and luckily had a leftover disposable mask to wear to bed. Could not wait to leave the facility at 6am. You need to change cleaning products and air out rooms.
