"Newer property, clean, good location. Unfortunately most guests are construction crew for highway repairs working late shifts. Woken up at 4:15 each morning by large trucks backing into spots with safety horns beeping. Woken up again at 6am by day shift cranking large trucks and letting them warm up for 15 minutes. Talked to front desk asking if they could ask crew to not back into spaces and they said NO. "

Front and back porches littered with dirt & debris10. Trash laying in front yard & back yard11. Cheap furniture 12. Decor needs attention (see photo of matted & framed pictures)13. "This is a very nice place in Waynesville which is a nice community. "

"We absolutely love staying at this property. We have stayed here six or seven times. I will say there is a little maintenance that could be done in the bathroom near the toilet. Another one in the ceiling of the living room vent. The family room rug could use an updating as a has a pet oder. The mattress in the guestroom could also be replaced as it dips in the middle when two people are sleeping in it. These are all small suggestions as we have already booked this house again for September as we love staying there."
