"The hotel was good and room large. The breakfast was varied and plenty of it. The safe in the room didn’t work, and I reported it, and was told the technician would repair it- but never did. The room was too hot and the heating couldn’t be turned down. It had air conditioning but they did not give the controls out as it was winter. They said open the windows, which was fine, but the room faced a busy street so it was loud, and not possible when I wanted to sleep"
