Nice hotel good location for business, Rooms at the rear are quiet
Everything is exceptional - my 3rd stay and this time for 6 nights. The staff is so accommodating and the rooms are super well appointed. Dining, exercise, spa and hair all under one roof ! Epic ! Can’t wait to return in Feb!
Great location, close to Liverpool Street railway station, tube stations nd local tourist attractions. Let down by food trays with left over food in the stairwells in the morning and an abundance of patrons luggage cluttering up the ground floor bar areas. Fantastic breakfast, as much as you can ...
I had a sweaty handprint on the wall above my toilet. Ew The bed was ridiculously hard. I had to sleep On the pillows in an effort to make it comfortable. Sometimes simple on and off switches are just fine. Nice place though I’d stay there again.
Great hotel, staff were fantastic and helped with every little request. So glad we picked this hotel, I would not hesitate to book again for future trips to London.
Lovely room, very well appointed, fab towels, comfy bed, super bathroom. Great cafe/deli downstairs for meals. Very nice breakfast. Great value for money.
Close to the Tower of London and the embankment . We were happy with the hotel. the staff were very helpful. For those who are walkers and want to be near Piccadilly area a hotel in that area may be better for you.
Clean room. All you need nothing fancy. Bed was comfortable breakfast was nice
