We’re also private and keep to ourselves, so it was uncomfortable for us to have to converse with the cleaner and owner while we waited. They were prompt in responding the first day when we had temp change needs. All responses stopped by the next day.The kitchen is super cute and had what we needed. The bathtub/shower is a water damage nightmare. The toilet is old with small plumbing. We needed a (ahem) toilet plunger. We never received a response. The space had parts “under renovation,” so I’m not sure why it was rented. The internet worked just fine. The beds need to be burned. We did not rest comfortably. I didn’t know box spring “futons” even existed still.The location is fantastic with regard to proximity to anttractions and highway. The neighborhood is just okay. Honestly, if you’re a city person it’s harmless. If you’re not used to mixing it up with all types at any time of day, this may not be for you.Overall, we will not return. It is not the quality of experience touted by VRBO."
