It felt safe and the staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The room was large, clean and quiet. We had a little difficulty with the safe, but they helped us out quickly (user error). The breakfast was very typical and good for Chile. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santiago!
